TopScore Technologies today announce that Lauren Williams, current Customer Success Director and a longstanding leader within the business, will be succeeding Phin Naughton as Managing Director, who will exit the business in November
Since starting with TopScore as an Account Manager, Lauren has steadily climbed the ladder internally, proving herself to be an integral part of the leadership team. Her drive and industry experience have played a big part in ensuring the companies’ success to date, with over 120 customers and an industry-leading customer renewal rate of 93%.
“I’m absolutely thrilled to be stepping into the role of Managing Director at TopScore,” said Lauren, “it’s an honour and a privilege to lead such an incredible business, especially at this exciting time in its history as it matures into its role as a leading product of the Unseen Group. The next couple of years will be crucial for us as we look ahead towards launching our next innovations, delivering even better solutions and services for our trusted clients. We’ve got some exciting plans in the works, and I can’t wait to share them with you all. Together, we’ll not only meet but exceed the goals we’ve set for the future.”
Phin commented, “I am really pleased that Lauren Williams will be succeeding me as Managing Director at TopScore. After an incredible 8-year journey since I started the business, I am extremely proud of what the TopScore Team have accomplished together.”
“Lauren joined us four years ago and has consistently excelled throughout that exciting growth phase. As a leader, she has delivered world-class customer service and managed her team with excellence. Her passion for TopScore, combined with her deep understanding of the business and her exceptional leadership skills, make her the ideal person to take on this role.”
Founded in 2017, TopScore set out on a mission to change how the world hires by making assessment centres pain free, paperless and accessible for all. By powering simple, streamlined and sustainable assessment centres, TopScore has since facilitated over 20,000 assessment centres and over 1.5 million assessment centre exercises for employers of all sizes, including BT, EDF Energy, HMRC and British Airways.
Phin added: “I have every confidence that under Lauren’s leadership, TopScore will continue to thrive and grow. I look forward to watching the company’s continued success and development in the years ahead. Thank you for your support, and please join me in congratulating Lauren on her new role.”
Lauren concluded: “Thank you to everyone who’s been part of this journey so far. Your support means the world to me, and I look forward to working with all of you in this new role – here’s to TopScore’s next chapter!”
Dee Murphy, COO of the Unseen Group, said: “Since acquiring TopScore two years ago, the business has gone from strength to strength, and this is thanks in large part to Phin, who has achieved remarkable things over the past few years. It would take a very special person to replace him, so we are delighted to be appointing Lauren in the role of MD as he steps down. Lauren is a fantastic and driven commercial leader, who is deeply respected across the industry and within the Group. We’re very excited to watch TopScore continue to grow as the leader in the space with her at the helm”.
