At TopScore Tech, we provide a digital and virtual assessment centre platform, enabling a paperless approach. This allows for digital efficiency and a seamless experience for all. The TopScore digital platform can be used for face to face assessments, or to create an all-in-one fully virtual assessment centre experience with inbuilt videoconferencing.

Our Story

TopScore Tech was formed from our founders combined experience in assessment centre delivery and software development. Our TopScore platform was created because of the many problems manual assessment centres have. With experience in designing, facilitating and assessing traditional paper-based assessment centres, we have the solution for a more seamless and digital assessment approach.

Our Vision

Our technology creates an optimal assessor, candidate and facilitator experience. In addition, we enhance efficiencies and maximise cost-reductions during the assessment centre and interview stage. We’ve been able to do this by creating a virtual assessment centre platform that is simple, enjoyable, and works incredibly well. At TopScore Tech, we believe all assessment centres and interviews should be digital to provide the optimal experience.

Our Technology

Using our in-house software development expertise, we have built a configurable, highly scalable and resilient application using .NET framework, angular and a robust SQL Server database. We deliver our technology as Software as a Service (SaaS) and the platform can be accessed anywhere. Therefore, it can be utilised for virtual assessment centres and interviews with in-built video conferencing.
